Who it is for

Who needs tax advisory services?

Tax advisory is for business owners and high earners who pay more in taxes every year but never get a plan to lower them. Noble Pacific Tax Group works with practice owners, especially dental and medical and specialists such as oral surgeons, prosthodontists, orthopedic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons and dermatologists who want to keep more of what they earn.

You may need tax advisory if:

  • Your income has grown, and your tax bill has grown faster.
  • Your preparer files your return but does not suggest ways to pay less.
  • You are planning a big decision, such as selling a building and are concerned about the capital gains taxes.
  • You want a written tax plan that explains the savings.
How we help

How does Noble Pacific Tax Group help you lower your taxes?

We start with a Tax Savings Assessment, a full review of your business and personal taxes, then build a tax plan around your goals, investments, and comfort with risk.

Our tax advisory process:

  1. Review: We look at your recent tax returns, business structure, compensation, and investments.
  2. Identify: We find the tax strategies that fit your situation and estimate the savings from each one.
  3. Decide: We walk you through every option and its risk level, and you choose what to put in place.
  4. Implement: We help you set up each strategy correctly.
  5. Adjust: We check in during the year and update your plan as your income, practice, or tax law changes.
What to expect

What to expect from a Tax Savings Assessment

  • Estimated savings for each recommended strategy
  • A clear action plan showing who handles each step
  • A clear picture of what it would look like to work with us throughout the year

What we need from you:

  • Your last two to three years of business and personal tax returns
  • Current-year financial statements and pay stubs to date
  • Business entity documents

Tax advisory FAQs

Q1What is the difference between tax planning and tax preparation?

Tax preparation records history. Tax planning is proactive and makes changes during the year so you owe less when it is time to file.

Q2How much can tax planning save me?

Savings depend on your income, business structure, and goals. Your Tax Savings Assessment shows the estimated savings for each strategy before you decide anything.

Q3Do you work with dental and medical practice owners?

Yes. Noble Pacific Tax Group focuses on dental and medical specialty practice owners, including, but not limited to: orthopedic surgeons, dermotologists and plastic surgeons, oral surgeons, ophthalmologists, prosthodontists, endodontists, and orthodontists, anesthesiologists, as well as other business owners and high earners.

Q4Do I need to switch preparers?

No. Many clients pair tax advisory with our Tax Preparation service so the plan and the return work together, but it is not required if your current preparer undestands how to report the strategies.
