With over 39 years of experience in taxes, bookkeeping, and accounting—more than 35 of which have been dedicated to dealing with the IRS—Douglas is the driving force behind Noble Pacific Tax Group. Solving tax problems is his passion: “I love this work because I can truly help people. My clients are grateful and happy, and that’s a wonderful feeling.”
As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Tax Planner (CTP), and soon-to-be United States Tax Court Practitioner (USTCP), Douglas possesses a comprehensive understanding of tax law and the Internal Revenue Manual (the IRS’s playbook). He is authorized to represent clients before the IRS for any tax matter in every state and will soon extend this representation to the United States Tax Court. His qualifications enable him to navigate the complexities of tax law and resolve even the most challenging IRS issues.
Douglas’s mission is to reduce his clients’ tax liabilities through effective tax resolution and proactive planning. While money may not solve every problem, it can certainly address many, from expanding a business to purchasing a home or enjoying a comfortable retirement. Douglas’s goal is to help you keep more in your bank account.
